The RPS concept

The way we handle your orders differs greatly from traditional methods. We always keep in mind the time and cost factor every step of the way, from the first contact up to manufacturing and shipping. We optimize communications and shorten internal procedures to be able to get going on your project as fast as possible. We only use A-grade materials and make adjustments to our internal manufacturing processes upfront to match the external shipping schedules and flight times of our carrier.

European office hours

We work at European office hours for your benefit! You can reach us anytime while you are on the job, without any delays due to time differences. We usually send our quotes within 1 hour after you email us the 3D files and detailed information (BOM). This way, we shorten the lead-time by one whole day.

Clear communication in English

All workers you communicate with will have full prototyping shop floor experience; he or she will understand your needs and know about EU quality standards. On top of that, our workers are proficient in the English language and will be able communicate with you in a clear manner and respond to your questions or concerns properly. We work based on Western ethics, meaning that your newest developments and innovations will be secure for sure. We can also work under an NDA.

Order is started on immediately: no down payment

We do not first charge down payments for us to start your RP order. We are convinced that our quality and service will live up to your expectations and that you will treat us accordingly in terms of payment for the job done. When your order arrives, we will start processing it immediately in our factory with over 80 skilled workers running in 24/7 shifts. We are able to handle large quantities of parts in a short amount of time.

‘First-time-right’ production philosophy

Producing rejects and scraps is a waste of (lead) time. We only work with well-known EU brands of materials like Axson, DSM Somos, etc. This guarantees the best possible performance and a premium appearance, just like you’re used to.

DHL air hub to EU

Our workshop is located next to DHL’s main air hub in Shenzhen, China. Your order will be on a DHL plane within 6 hours after our quality department agrees to send it out! For example, parts that are sent out on Saturday afternoon are usually delivered to your doorstep the following Monday for any EU country! To give you an idea of DHL’s network, their main EU hubs are located in Germany (Leipzich), France (Paris) and Spain (Madrid). Of course tracking numbers are emailed to you, as well as some pictures of the part(s) and a QC dimensioning report.

Affordable rates

Once you have received your parts in the fastest way possible, we hope you will appreciate our China mainland pricing, calculated in euros. We do not have alternate rates or hidden agendas for foreign export projects. Your full profit now will be a good step-up to more projects together.
